Educational Qualification (Post-wise):

* Management Trainee (Accounts): CA/ICWA/M.Com OR equivalent.
* Junior Commercial Executive: B.Sc. in Agriculture from a recognized University with an aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
* Junior Assistant (Cotton Testing Lab): Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation from a recognized Polytechnic College approved by AICTE with an aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

* General/OBC/EWS: ₹1500 (₹1000 application fee + ₹500 intimation charges)
* SC/ST/PwBD: ₹500 (₹0 application fee + ₹500 intimation charges)
Selection Process:
* Computer-Based Test (CBT)

Pay Scale (IDA):
* Management Trainee (Marketing & Accounts): ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000
* Junior Commercial Executive & Junior Assistant (Cotton Testing Lab): ₹22,000 – ₹90,000
