IFFCO AGT Recruitment 2025 , Apply Form, Admit Card, Result 2025
The Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) has announced the recruitment for Agriculture Graduate Trainees (AGT) for 2025. Here's a breakdown of the key information:
Application Period: The online application process commenced on March 1, 2025, and the last date to apply was March 15, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the IFFCO AGT recruitment 2025, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
* Educational Qualification: Possess a four-year B.Sc. (Agriculture) full-time regular degree from a UGC-recognized University/Institute.
* Minimum Marks:
* General/OBC candidates: A minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
* SC/ST candidates: A minimum of 55% marks.
* Candidates with CGPA scores in their B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree must convert it to a percentage while filling out the application form.
* Passing Year: Only candidates who have passed their B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in 2022 or thereafter are eligible to apply.
* Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 30 years as of March 1, 2025. There is age relaxation for reserved categories as per the rules:
* SC/ST: 5 years relaxation.
* OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation.
* Language Proficiency: Candidates should be well-versed in reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the state they are applying to. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
Selection Process: The selection process for IFFCO AGT 2025 typically involves the following stages:
* Preliminary Online Test: This is a computer-based test conducted in an open environment where candidates can use their own resources. The preliminary online test is scheduled for May 8, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM. Mock tests were available from May 4 to May 6, 2025.
* Final Online Test: Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the preliminary test will be called for a final online test conducted in a controlled environment at designated centers.
* Interview: Candidates who qualify in the final online test will be called for an interview.
* Medical Examination: Selected candidates will have to undergo a medical examination.
Training and Stipend: Candidates selected as AGTs will undergo a one-year training period. During this training, they will receive a stipend of ₹ 33,300 per month.
Post-Training Absorption and Salary: On successful completion of the one-year training, and subject to IFFCO's requirements, the AGTs may be absorbed into the regular pay scale of ₹ 37,000 - ₹ 70,000 per month, along with other allowances.
Service Bond: General and OBC candidates need to execute a service bond of ₹ 80,000, and SC/ST candidates need to execute a bond of ₹ 20,000 to serve IFFCO for a minimum period of three years after the successful completion of their training.
